Looking Forward

If things go according to WGU’s plan, I have a total of six terms ahead of me. I should be in school from Dec 1st 2018 to Nov 30th 2021. In that time I will be passing a total of 24 classes, plus a capstone written project.

On The Starting Block

Here I sit, impatiently waiting for Dec 1, when I can start making progress on my classes. I’m itching to start, impatiently waiting for the starting gun. Like an athlete, tense, poised, ready to start the race, but instead of seconds to wait for the gun, I’ve got days.

The Journey Begins

For years, I’ve been of the opinion that college degrees in IT have been a waste of time and money. Many of the programs I had looked at were so out of date, it was comical. Certifications were current, and relevant to what you were doing. However, the news that my friend was making 30k more, gave me cause of re-evaluate my opinion. So I started looking at IT Degree programs.
