This class is dull. I mean it is seriously dull. I’ve been trying to make it through the Lynda videos, but even those are insomnia curing monsters. I’ve taken some dull classes in the past, but wow, this has to be one of the worst.
I recently join the WGU Facebook Group for IT Students, and someone in there had the exact same issues I was having. Someone else suggested some different course-ware, that being Udemy instead of the uCertify. The cost was about $20, so I figured why not… I went ahead and picked up the ITIL Foundation 7 day cram.
I managed to watch all the videos in two days. The video portion is rather condensed and I need to go back do the quizzes for both the provided WGU materials from uCertify, as well as the quizzes from Udemy. However I am feeling better about the course.
